Frame Construction

ProForm Performance 1800i Treadmill has a heavy-duty construction which makes it so durable that it can last many years.

It is a home-use machine but still can be used for light commercial. As being said about the assembled weight, the treadmill needs to be transported by at least two people.

Most of the parts of Performance 1800i come assembled, but once its fully assembled, moving it to other places should not be a problem as it has transport wheels bolted on the front base which helps in handling.

If the user can lift 45 lbs of weight, there should be not a problem in moving the treadmill from one place to another. Its assembled weight is heavy enough to handle the rough workouts and won’t slip away.

The frame of the treadmill is made from thick steel tubing which is painted with anti-corrosive paint to protect the frame from scratches. Being quite big in size, this treadmill also needs 2-3 feet of clearance all around it so there is no interruption in the working of the exercises.

It offers a speed range from 0.5 MPH to 12 MPH. The user can control the speed range using the console as it has a connection installed in it.

The Performance 1800i offers incline and decline height system which is motorized. This motorized system of incline and decline is only controlled by the console for the workouts. It has 15 levels for incline and 3 levels for the decline.

The belt may need lubrication if it does not work properly, although it comes pre-lubricated, so it should not need any lubrication at the start.
