Davon Malcolm Reed is an American basketball player, born on June 11, 1995, in Ewing Township. He belongs to the Black Ethnic group and has a huge fan following on social media.

While playing season for Hurricanes, Reed earned Third Team All-ACC Honors. Reed has earned He also earned the title of Skip Prosser Award. In July 2017, a 4 year contract was signed between Reed and Phoenix Suns. Reed faced a knee injury and was out for 6 months which was a huge loss for Phoenix Suns but soon he made a comeback.

Getting drafted by the Suns thrilled Reed and the former Hurricanes guard said, “I’m just at a loss for words, so happy, excited and hungry to get out there and be a part of this organization.”

Reed had earlier best scored 16 points with Phoenix Suns with 6 rebounds and 2 assists in the loss to 122-115 loss to Charlotte Hornets, but now 29 points in training camp roster, with 11 rebounds, eight assists and three steals for Sioux Falls in a game against Iowa Wolves.
